3. Riya Studios is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”). This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information collected via the Website in connection with purchases, appointments, and communications.
4. The kinds of Personal Information collected may include:
- identification data (name, contact details, address, date of birth);
- payment and transaction information;
- Sensitive Information, including health information as required for Services;
- use of cookies and analytics tools.
5. We collect Personal Information via input into the Website, creation of orders and bookings and cookies to enhance your experience.
6. Sensitive Information (including health details for appointments and treatments) will be collected and used only for the primary purpose of providing Services, for directly related secondary purposes, with your express consent or where authorised by law.
7. We record and store client consent for collection and use of Sensitive Information electronically via online acknowledgement or signed consent forms, consistent with APP 3 and APP 6.

- payment processors, delivery services, and IT support personnel to fulfil orders or appointments;

- other service providers who assist in the operation of the Website.
9. Direct marketing communications will only be sent to you with your consent and will offer a clear opt-out mechanism such as an unsubscribe link.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of the RIYA Studios website and clients of RIYA Studios (“RIYA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, booking appointments or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Riya Studios is the trading name for Ewanna Pty Limited, ABN 27 685 879 672.
1. General
Please review the Terms carefully before use.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in force when you submit your order or booking will apply to that transaction.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping and delivery fees are not included and will be separately charged.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use our website in a way that causes damage or impairs accessibility
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Copy, distribute or exploit content for commercial purposes
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time.

4. Bookings & Appointments
By booking an appointment, you agree to our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
- Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
- New clients may be required to prepay a consultation fee to secure their booking.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings where necessary.
Services means skin treatments or acupuncture appointments and any related services as described on the Website.
All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. By booking an appointment, you:
- agree to provide accurate health information, including history, allergies, medications, and any other relevant matter as required for the provision of Services; and
- acknowledge that you will comply with pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care instructions issued before and after appointments, as outlined on the Website or provided directly.
Prior to receiving any Service, you must review and execute all consent forms and risk disclosures as provided by us. You expressly acknowledge and accept all inherent risks in skin treatments and acupuncture, including but not limited to redness, swelling, bruising, infection, allergic reaction, scarring, unsatisfactory results, or pain.
If you fail to provide accurate information or decline to execute the required consent forms, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking, and fees may apply in accordance with the Booking Policy.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from Services. Remedies available under the ACL apply if Services are not provided with due care and skill, are not fit for disclosed purpose, or fail to achieve expressly agreed results.
5. Products Terms of Sale
- Products means goods offered for sale via the Website.
- All orders for Products are subject to availability. We may suspend or discontinue sale of any Product at any time. If this affects your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund (including delivery costs) if you have paid.
- You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Australia to place an order.
- By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
- Your order is an offer to purchase Products from us. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. The contract is completed in the State of New South Wales
- Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
- Title in Products passes to you on the later of delivery or payment in full. Risk in Products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 100% or forfeiture of deposit.
- No-shows will forfeit any prepaid amount and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
These policies ensure fairness to both our practitioners and clients.
7. Payments
Payment is required in full on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
We accept:
- EFTPOS
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Cash
We do not accept cheques or American Express.
Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future services and recovery action where applicable.
8. Medical Disclaimer
Treatments provided by RIYA Studios are complementary aesthetic services and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health professional.
Results vary between individuals. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept this.
Skin treatments and acupuncture involve inherent and unavoidable risks, as outlined in the risk disclosure and consent forms. You accept these risks on booking and acknowledge the limitations of results.
Always consult your doctor before treatment especially if pregnant, breastfeeding or with skin and medical conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIYA Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our website, products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).
Subject to ACL, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to Product sales, Services provided, Website use, or advice given is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Product or Service.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss; damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or outcomes arising from your failure to comply with pre- or post-treatment instructions or make required health disclosures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability not permitted to be excluded by law.
You indemnify us, our practitioners and staff against all claims, losses, and damages arising from your breach of these Terms or failure to comply with health disclosure obligations, except where caused by our negligence.
11. Miscellaneous
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another business without your consent, provided your rights are not adversely affected.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
No one other than you or us has any right to enforce any of these Terms.
Any provision found to be illegal, void or unenforceable may be severed and the remainder of the agreement will continue in force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
